Do I Need Planning Permission?
Domestic Solar PV installations do not require planning permission, unless:
- Your building is listed.
- You are having a ground mounted array of panels.
- Your home is in a conservation area.
- Your panels will be installed above the highest part of the roof and should project no more than 200mm from the roof slope or wall surface.
